Lot has 24/7 Recorded Security Cameras running, however it should be noted that we are not to be held responsible for any personal property losses. That said, we too have items stored on the lot and haven't had any issues with theft. In addition, a grounds keep is often on or around the property.
Lot is unpaved with a mix of crushed concrete & grass.
Lot Spaces - are ideal for items such as Trailers, Boats, Autos, RV's, Food Trucks etc. It's not meant for any autos that haven't or can't be moved over 60 days or two months. It's not a junk yard.
Shipping Container - is ideal for items such as Tools, Extra Inventory, Clothes, Raw Material, Sporting Equipment, Lawn Supplies etc. It's not meant for any autos that haven't or can't be moved over 60 days or two months. It's not a junk yard.
Note, we recommend you carry your own personal insurance for coverage of all personal property although the lot has security cameras.
