The credit check usually takes no more than 12 hours. The Background Check usual take no more than 24 hours. We get back to you asap with answers. It’s in no one’s best interest to draw the process out any longer than what’s needed.
Yes! We take a small nonrefundable deposit normally half of the “Security Deposit” which goes towards your Security Deposit once approved. This fee is fully refundable if for some reason we were to not move forward. However, if for any reason you were to not move forward the "Security Deposit" would not be refunded.
Unless otherwise stated there is always a Security Deposit and it’s normally equal to a whole months rent for the particular property you are interested in.

Yes! Safe and legal pet(s) that do not damage or reduce the value of the property may be allowed with a non-refundable pet deposit plus an additional monthly rental fee for each pet of $25.00. Q. If I would like to do a Rent with an Option or buy or Lease with an Option to Purchase do you allow that and if so how does it work?

Simply put the goal would be to work on your credit and savings in multiple ways by renting until ready to exercise the option to buy.
